Costa Daurada - the "golden coast" south of Catalonia's metropolis Barcelona
The Costa Daurada (Catalan spelling; in Spanish: Costa Dorada) stretches 215 kilometers south of Barcelona to the border with the Comunidad Valenciana to the south. It therefore corresponds to the coastal area of the province of Tarragona. It is less well-known than the Costa Brava to the north of Barcelona and the Costa Blanca to the south. Nevertheless, it has a lot to offer.
The Costa Daurada has more fine-grained, gently sloping sandy beaches than many other stretches of coastline in Spain - ideal conditions for beach lovers. One such sandy beach can also be found in Cambrils.
Cambrils is a former fishing village with over 35,000 inhabitants. The numerous restaurants invite you to enjoy tapas and fish dishes.
Or how about a trip to the Catalan metropolis of Barcelona, 115 kilometers away, on a golf-free day? Or to Tarragona, just 22 kilometers away, with its waterfront promenades, churches and the famous Roman excavations, which were declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2000.
Wine lovers will also find something to their taste. Some of the best red wines in Spain come from the small but fine Priorat wine-growing region - located around 40 kilometers northwest of Cambrils in the interior of the country. And Penedes - around 70 kilometers northeast of Cambrils inland - is by far the largest growing area for the famous Spanish sparkling wine Cava.

The Instants Boutique Hotel **** is centrally located in Cambrils, just 200 meters from the beach and the port. The hotel is located in a five-storey building. It was opened in 2020 and is an adults-only hotel with only 20 rooms. It is just a few minutes' walk from the stores and restaurants of Cambrils. Numerous golf courses can be reached in 10 to 40 minutes by car. Following the coast to the north, Tarragona is 22 kilometers away and Barcelona airport is 100 kilometers away.
The deluxe rooms, furnished in a modern, bright style, measure 25 square meters and have a balcony or terrace with afternoon sun. The hotel offers all the usual amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee machine, minibar and bathrobe.
On the first floor there is a lounge area for relaxing with a catering bar. The sunny outdoor pool with terrace is the perfect place to relax after a round of golf. On the top floor there is a roof terrace with stunning sea views. There is also an outdoor fitness area, massage facilities and an underground parking garage.

As the highlight and culmination of our eventful golf trip, we will play a Stableford tournament on the last day of golf. The tournament has no handicap and participation is free of charge. In principle, you can decide on the spot whether you want to play in the tournament. But a little sporting challenge towards the end of the trip is simply great fun and underlines the sporting aspect of this wonderful trip. In the past, most guests have therefore - unsurprisingly - not missed out on this pleasure. In addition to fame and honor for the winners, there are also small souvenir prizes. These are presented to the winners at our Farewell Dinner on the last evening as part of the award ceremony.
