The capital of Mallorca is located on the 20-kilometer-long bay of Badia de Palma. There is a lot to discover in the old town of Palma. One of the most famous sights is certainly La Seu Cathedral. The cathedral is just a 10-minute walk from your accommodation. Another highlight is the Plaza Major, where there are many stores and countless cafés to linger in. Another experience not to be missed is a visit to Mallorca's largest indoor market, the Mercat de l'Olivar. Here you will find all kinds of vegetables, meat, fish and, of course, everything from the region. Thanks to the hotel's central location, all the sights of the city center are within easy walking distance. Of course, the small winding alleyways and pedestrian zone also invite you to take a stroll and you have a huge selection of small tapas bars, restaurants and cafés typical of the country.

The 5-star boutique hotel Summum is modeled on an old manor house and is located in the heart of Palma's old town. Palma airport is only a 15-minute drive away.
The 18 rooms are all very modern and decorated in bright colors. The style is minimalist. It harmonizes wonderfully with the old history of the house. You will either find white wooden beams on the ceilings or beautifully decorated stucco ceilings. Some of the rooms have a small balcony. The Classic rooms are 20m2 in size, the Premium rooms are slightly larger at 25m2. The Junior Suites are very spacious at 35m2. This is only topped by the suites with 50m2.
Breakfast is served in the hotel or in the outdoor area. For dinner, there are countless excellent restaurants within walking distance. For example, the **Equus** restaurant directly opposite the hotel offers excellent Mediterranean cuisine. You can get many more tips directly from the hotel staff.
The small wellness area is located on the 1st floor of the hotel, the old 15th century cistern of the palace. Under a vaulted ceiling, you will find a sauna and a mini pool to relax in. There is also a small pool on the small roof terrace, which invites you to linger in the afternoon or evening.
