Gran Canaria / Meloneras
Meloneras is located near the popular resorts of Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés on the south coast of Gran Canaria. The town is famous for the Faro de Maspalomas. The lighthouse from the 1890s, which is still in operation today, is a hotspot for fantastic sunsets. In Meloneras and Maspalomas there are shopping centers and countless nice restaurants, cafés and bars on the promenade. Just a few meters from the promenade is the long sandy beach, which is bordered by the Maspalomas Dunes nature reserve. The area is made up of three ecosystems: the palm grove, the lagoon and the dunes. Golfers will find a very attractive and exciting 18-hole course with well-maintained greens and fairways, good training opportunities and wonderful views in this dreamlike coastal landscape. The different courses of Maspalomas, Salobre and Anfi Tauro are just a few minutes' drive away.

The Hotel Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa is located in the south of Gran Canaria, right by the sea in the exclusive area of Meloneras. The nature reserve with the dunes of Maspalomas is very close by, as is the El Faro boulevard - a shopping area with numerous restaurants.
The resort was renovated in 2020, the infrastructure was modernized and new services were added to the wide range of facilities. The tropical gardens are home to four freshwater pools, two of which are heated in winter, two hydromassage pools, a children's pool and an artificial beach.
The hotel's gastronomic offer presents a new concept under the name Gastro-Buffet Alameda: small kitchen stations are set up at 13 stands, offering a wide variety of dishes from different countries, ingredients and flavors. Guests can also choose from a wide range of à la carte restaurants that will satisfy even the most discerning palates. There are also a large number of pool bars and other bars, some of which offer shows and live music.
The 1136 spacious rooms (40m2) and suites are comfortably furnished and have marble bathrooms (some with separate shower), air conditioning, smart TV, safe, Wi-Fi, USB port, minibar (for a fee) and balconies or terraces. The Deluxe rooms have a view of the street or the garden. The Deluxe View rooms face the garden or pool. The Supreme Pool View rooms have a pool view. The Supreme Sea View rooms offer a magnificent view of the sea. The Premium Pool category has direct access from the terrace to the pool, the Deluxe Terrace category also has terraces with hammocks.
The hotel offers special UNIQUE by Lopesan comfort with additional services such as a reserved area by the pool and at breakfast, a VIP lounge with a selection of snacks and soft drinks and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with capsule refills.
The good sports infrastructure includes a tennis court, two paddle courts, a shuffleboard court, a pétanque area and another area for table tennis. The resort also has a free fitness center equipped with modern training equipment.
The large spa, inspired by the volcanic nature of the island, is a true wellness oasis with a total area of 3,500 square meters. It includes a complete hydrothermal circuit with Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, ice grotto, floating pool, relaxation rooms, Himalayan salt grotto, an outdoor area with four different pools and a wonderful beauty and massage center with a wide range of offers.
