Around twelve kilometers from the city of Paphos, a new boutique hotel has opened with the Minthis Resort. The 5-star hotel is modern, but its design reveals a deep connection to nature. It is not for nothing that it is located in a protected natural area in the heart of a wine-growing region. Despite its proximity to Paphos, there is a restful tranquillity throughout the resort. Here you can relax in complete privacy. Even the way to the golf course is not stressful: the famous Minthis course is just a stone's throw away.
Cyprus is particularly well known as a beach destination. The most beautiful beaches are located in the east of the island near Ayia Napa and Protaras. Those interested in archaeology will find what they are looking for in the south of the island around Paphos. Here you can visit many remains of ancient sites. Nature lovers should not miss the Troodos Mountains in southern Cyprus. This area is known as the green lung of the otherwise barren island. At 1,951 meters, Mount Olympus is the highest mountain in Cyprus. The Kykkos Monastery, the spiritual center of the Orthodox Christians of Cyprus, is located in this mountain range. The southern Cypriot peninsula of Akamas with its center Polis is also considered a natural oasis of peace. The four well-known golf courses are all located in the south of the island.

Nestled in nature, the boutique Minthis Resort is just ten minutes from the lively town of Paphos and surrounded by picturesque traditional villages.
The spacious 40 suites and villas are furnished in a very modern style. Each suite has a fully equipped kitchen and a private veranda, balcony or garden with views of the golf course or the mountains. Furthermore, almost all of the suites have two bedrooms.
Cypriot and Mediterranean specialties are served in the Clubhouse Restaurant. After a round of golf, you can enjoy delicious snacks on the terrace or round off the evening with a glass of wine or cocktail.
Nature and relaxation are very important at this resort. That's why a visit to the 2000 square meter wellness area is an absolute must. From a sauna to a hydrotherapy pool and a yoga deck, everything is available to help relax the mind and body.
In addition to golf, the resort offers various other sporting activities. These include six tennis courts (available from the end of 2022), a nature trail, an outdoor fitness center and mountain bike routes.
