The championship course, which opened in 2007, runs directly along the coast. Designed by Peter Harradine, the course winds around four interconnected lagoons that seamlessly merge into the Arabian Gulf. Embedded in the lagoon landscape, the 18-hole course is challenging with many water hazards. Its perfectly manicured fairways and greens contrast with the surrounding desert. The course has repeatedly hosted major tournaments.
