Arklow Golf Club looks back on a long tradition. In 1927, Hawtree & Taylor laid out the course as a traditional links course in beautiful South Wicklow. It was later developed further by Eddie Hackett and then Eddie Connaughton. This did not go unnoticed by the southern region of the Irish PGA, which held its championships there at the start of the millennium. Deep bunkers and wind from the south require precise play on the par-69 course. Facilities include a pro store and a restaurant.
