Like Thracian Cliffs, Bulgaria's first championship golf course was built by none other than Gary Player. The course was opened in September 2008 and has earned its place among the top courses in Europe. The layout is very varied and has been elaborately undulated. A large number of small and medium-sized hills surround each of the 18 holes of this links course. In addition, the very varied fairways, which also feature around 70 bunkers, make for a challenging round. Swamp-like wetlands also come into play on 7 holes. The 18th offers a magnificent finish - a 200-metre par 3 with breathtaking views of the sea and the beautiful clubhouse.
