The newest golf course in Hua Hin is located directly by the sea. Opened in 2010, the links course is relatively flat. The frequent breeze makes the game a little more difficult on the course, which is otherwise easy to play even for players with higher handicaps. Many water hazards also provide challenges. As the course is run by the Thai army, soldiers, veterans and their families have priority when teeing off on the Sea Pines Golf Course.
