The Carya Golf Club is the first classic golf course on the Turkish Mediterranean coast to be laid out in heather style. The heather, which is grown on site, makes the course unique in Turkey. The 7,186-meter par-72 course was laid out by designer Peter Thompson between pine and eucalyptus trees. Thanks to its floodlights, the 18 holes of the Carya Golf Club can also be played after dark, which makes for enjoyable golfing even on hot summer days.
