Golf course information
The course, which is regularly ranked among the best golf courses in the world, stretches over a gentle slope down to the shore and conveys a feeling of space and tranquillity. As it has none of the sand dunes typical of traditional links courses, it offers sweeping views of the sea from every hole. To the south it looks out over Somerset and Exmoor and to the north-west across Swansea Bay to the Gower Peninsula. With holes facing in all directions, the course constantly tests players, with shifting winds ensuring that no two rounds are the same. You may well need every club in your bag. The course has hosted prestigious amateur and professional tournaments.
