Fancourt Montagu, also designed by Gary Player, is one of the most beautiful parkland golf courses in South Africa and is always in the top rankings. The course offers beautiful flora with many flowers, shrubs and different types of trees. The strategically placed bunkers are also not to be underestimated. Water hazards in the form of lagoons, rivers and ponds also come into play on 12 holes, which demand everything from the golfer and mean that the course is generally rated more difficult than its brother Outeniqua.
