The golf course was opened in 1993 with 9 holes and was extended to 18 holes in 2005. The layout of the golf course is in perfect harmony with the landscape, with the river Hvíta as the dominant feature. On the 14th tee, the river pours spectacularly into a waterfall. You can also enjoy great panoramic views of the surroundings, the other fairways, terrain transitions and watercourses that cross the fairways. The course is not particularly long, but it is hilly, has relatively small greens, winds often blow from different directions and rough terrain off the fairway make the course a challenge.
