The main course was first designed in 1986 - since then it has comprised 20 holes, including two greens to choose from at holes 8 and 17. In 2007, designer Rees Jones returned to Daufuskie Island to redesign and extend the course to its current state. The course also includes a 9-hole course called the Osprey Course, making a total of 29 holes. The design and beauty of the main course is breathtaking and offers an unparalleled experience. The course is represented in various rankings. It is actually a private course, but the club allows a limited number of guests to play there and travel to the round on the spectacular ferry.
