The Heritage Golf Club in Mauritius has opened its new 18-hole tournament course, La Réserve Golf Links, the first modern links golf course in the Indian Ocean. The course, designed in collaboration with professional golfer Louis Oosthuizen, is located on former sugar cane fields in the southwest of the island and offers breathtaking views of the sea. With elevated tees, challenging bunkers and flowing fairways, the hilly course promises an exciting golfing experience. The course borders a UNESCO biosphere reserve and is only accessible to members and guests of the luxurious Heritage Resorts.
