The Jubilee Course is considered one of the most challenging courses on the St. Andrews Links and offers classic links golf on narrow, wind-swept terrain between the dunes and the sea. The signature hole is the 15th, “Steel’s Gem,” a short par 4 with a tricky approach shot over the edge of the dunes onto an elevated green. This hole in particular demonstrates why the Jubilee is a must-play: it isn’t long, but it’s strategically challenging and punishes imprecise shots immediately.
