Golf course information
The Kilkea Golf Course was created in a magnificent setting in the shadow of the 12th century castle. In designing this championship course, designers Jack McDaid and Jim Cassidy used the River Griese as a natural obstacle as it flows through the castle grounds and estate. The combination of water and a variety of other obstacles and interesting greens makes for exciting challenges. You encounter the river at almost every hole. Two lakes have also been incorporated into the design of the course, which adds to the difficulty of this challenging parkland course.
