Campo Asia was opened in 1991 (designer Cabell B. Robinson) and is therefore the oldest of the three courses at La Cala Resort. It is flatter and shorter, but narrower than its siblings. This makes the round a real challenge, as direction and strategy are more important than power and length. The approach shots in particular are a real challenge on some holes. The course blends seamlessly into rolling hills and magnificent rows of trees. Numerous bunkers also line the already narrow fairways.
