The 18-hole course is located approx. 60 kilometers south of Bilbao, north of the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz in the Basque province of Álava. It was opened in 1988, designed by Pepe Gancedo and offers some impressive views of the nearby Urrunaga and Ullibarri reservoirs. The club has also hosted smaller national Spanish professional tournaments. Spain's top golfer Jon Rahm is a member here. The course is protected from northerly winds by Mount Albertia and winds its way through hilly terrain. The course is carefully integrated into the prevailing landscape, consisting of a charming combination of old trees, meadows and small rivers.
