Golf course information
On this golf course, you tee off in the shadow of almost 600 years of history. Luttrellstown Castle, built in the 15th century, towers above the fairways. The massive walls are surrounded by a 225-hectare estate - the ideal backdrop for this wonderful parkland course. It was opened in 1988 and of course has a shorter history than the castle that gave it its name. In that time, however, Luttrellstown Castle Golf & Country Club has cemented its status as one of the best championship courses in Ireland. Water hazards and partly undulating greens require some skill, but thanks to the wide fairways, the challenges are fair.
