The 18-hole golf course was built in 2007 by Scottish golf course architect John Chilver Stainer. The par 67 course is located in the southern half of Fuerteventura and consists of eight par 3, seven par 4 and three par 5 holes. But beware, the course is a tough one and it takes strategy, knowledge of the course and all the clubs in your bag to master it with a good score! The course is surrounded by mountainous terrain of volcanic rock and the fairways are well embedded in the surrounding valleys and hills. Sea views can be enjoyed from practically every hole. The fast, often undulating greens with plateaus require precise approach shots. Water in the form of ponds and streams comes into play on 13 holes. The signature hole is hole 15, a par 3 with a length of almost 170 meters, water in front of and to the right of the green and wind mostly from the left.
