Punta Espada is the first of three Jack Nicklaus signature golf courses in Cap Cana. Opened in November 2006, the course was immediately included on the list of top courses. The renowned magazine GolfWeek ranked it as %22Best Golf Course in the Caribbean and Mexico%22 and Golf Digest as "#35 in the World". Eight holes of the spectacular course lead directly along the sea. From all holes at Punta Espada, golfers have a fantastic view of the Caribbean. Here, the deep blue sea with the emerald-colored fairways and the perfect greens create a wonderful play of colors.
