The Royal Golf Dar Es Salam golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. is located about 15 minutes south of the center of Rabat. In addition to the Blue Course (18 holes), there is also the Red Course (18 holes) and the Green Course (9 holes). The 440-hectare course is located in the heart of a cork oak forest with several lakes that create a wonderful ambience. On the Blue Course, it is compulsory to be accompanied by a caddie. The course is not excessively long, but technically challenging due to the aforementioned water hazards as well as fast, undulating greens and varied, sometimes narrow fairways, which are often laid out in the form of doglegs.
