The course was only opened in 2012. On the slightly hilly and mostly open terrain with many water hazards, Severiano Ballesteros realized his last - and some say best - project, the opening of which he unfortunately did not live to see. On 12 holes you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea. The highlight of the **Front Nine** is certainly the par 3 with the island green and a great view of the Óbidos lagoon. Hole 18, a par 5 with a panoramic view over the back nine, the clubhouse and the ocean, is hardly inferior. The course is one of the top 20 courses in Portugal (according to Golf World). After the round, the clubhouse awaits with a great view.
