Opened in 1995, the links course has already hosted a European Tour match play tournament, two Irish PGA tournaments and the country's leading amateur tournament, the Irish Amateur Close Championship. Seapoint is a challenge for even the best golfers. However, with three to five tee boxes on each hole, the course is enjoyable to play for golfers of all abilities.
