Golf course information
The Terre Blanche Golf Club has two 18-hole golf courses. Golf course designer David Thomas has beautifully embedded his two courses in the stunning landscape of Provence. They are surrounded by ancient forests with gnarled oaks and fields of lavender, the scent of which lingers in the air in summer, as does that of wild herbs. At 6,616 meters, the Le Château course is around 600 meters longer than the Le Riou course, which is also classified as a par-72. On both courses, the fairways meander wonderfully through a very hilly terrain. The difficult lies that arise time and again as well as lots of woodland, water and cleverly placed bunkers make both courses quite challenging. However, you are always rewarded for the one or two extra strokes with a fantastic panoramic view of the Provence countryside and the villages within it. In 2017, the Terre Blanche Golf Club was ranked number 1 in France by the website LeadingCourses.com, the largest comparison portal for golf courses in Europe, based on ratings from 350,000 European golfers.
