The golfing pleasure on the Royal Chiang Mai highland course is - as the name suggests - truly royal. The 18-hole course is designed in the style of traditional British parkland courses with the addition of a few interesting links course elements. The course was designed by none other than five-time British Open champion Peter Thomson. The fairways are lined with mature trees. Almost every hole is protected by water.
