The golf course is situated in a fantastic location on the Troia peninsula, not far from the Troia Design Hotel. The course was designed by the famous golf course architect Robert Trend Jones Sr. and opened in 1980. The golf course was voted the eighth best golf course in continental Europe by **Golf World** magazine in 2019. It has narrow greens and large bunkers - making it a challenge for players of all handicaps. The holes facing the sea are laid out in links style. The course is also characterized by a lot of sand away from the bunkers, and the pine trees also stand on sandy ground. A great golfing experience in a breathtaking landscape.
