Tenerife - volcanic island of mountains and valleys
The often snow-covered peak of Mount Teide can be seen as soon as you arrive by plane. At 3718 meters, it is the highest mountain in Spain and the highest point in the Atlantic. It has created an impressive landscape - jagged mountain ranges, deep gorges, green cliffs and tiny terraced fields. Tenerife is also known for its pleasant and healthy air. This is due not only to the year-round mild climate of the much-quoted "eternal spring", but also to the north of the island, which is covered in forests and diverse flora. This contrasts with the vegetation in the desert-like landscapes in the south of the island. Diversity at all levels - that is Tenerife.
Tenerife is a popular golf destination, especially in our winter months, as the island attracts visitors with seven excellent and attractive golf courses and top golf hotels. Some of the golf courses with different levels of difficulty and layouts offer great views of the sea.

This luxury resort in the tranquil Guía des Isora region is spectacularly perched above the Atlantic Ocean, surrounded by banana plantations and tropical vegetation. It offers magnificent views of the Pico de Teide, the Atlantic Ocean and the neighboring island of La Gomera. The terracotta-colored Moorish-style buildings are spread across the extensive grounds, which stretch from the exclusive sandy beach to the challenging 18-hole Abama golf course.
Naturally, the Ritz-Carlton standard also includes a generous infrastructure with five restaurants of different culinary styles, a restaurant in the Club House and a beach club. Two restaurants have been awarded a Michelin star. An impressive collection of wellness and sports facilities, including seven swimming pools, fitness center, tennis, jogging trail and spa with sauna, steam bath, hamman and a wide range of massages and treatments provide additional relaxation and recreation.
A total of 459 accommodation units, 315 rooms and suites in the main building (Citadel) and 144 in the villas. The 2-storey villas, each with 8 to 11 rooms and suites per villa, and the **Adults Only** area are located below the main building, facing the ocean and surrounded by beautiful gardens. All rooms have a bathroom with separate shower, satellite TV, WLAN, minibar, Nespresso machine, safe, air conditioning, terrace or balcony with resort or sea view.
