Golf trip to Costa Navarino with PGA PRO Christoph Knapp
It is not known whether Zeus, Poseidon & Co. played golf. But if the Greek gods wanted to tee off, they would probably do so on the Costa Navarino. Courses on the mythical Olympus couldn't be more beautiful than here.
In November, our PGA PRO Christoph Knapp accompanies us on a golf trip to Costa Navarino. In addition to rounds on four excellent golf courses, the program also includes professional training with Christoph Knapp. The package includes seven nights at the luxurious The Westin Resort including three dinners at the hotel.
Mediterranean golfing between olive groves and mountains
The sustainably developed premium destination Costa Navarino is located in Messinia in the south-western Peloponnese. Christoph is a Fully Qualified PGA Golf Professional, A-license coach in the German Olympic Sports Confederation and German Golf Teaching Champion. The former tour player of the German Golf Team combines the highest qualifications and qualities of a teaching professional with those of a playing professional. As a playing pro, Christoph has already traveled to many countries and knows the world's top courses. Of course, golf is always at the center of Christoph's travels. However, cultural highlights, off-course activities and culinary delights also play an important role on his trips.
The Westin Resort Costa Navarino has 445 rooms and suites. The private terraces of the rooms overlook the resort's gardens or the sea - great for a leisurely breakfast or a relaxing drink in the evening. The hotel's 21 restaurants and bars provide exquisite culinary experiences. Whether Mediterranean cuisine, Greek specialties or Asian cuisine: the choice is huge!
Located in the Navarino dunes, the 4,000 square meter Anazoe Spa offers a tranquil retreat with a range of special treatments. The elegant, airy fitness club is flooded with natural light, creating an inspiring environment for your training program. Facilities include an indoor pool with lanes 21 meters long, two saunas, two steam baths, a whirlpool, a relaxation room as well as two large training rooms and an outdoor training area, each equipped with state-of-the-art equipment.
In addition, young and old can enjoy a variety of activities. The hotel offers everything from kitesurfing lessons to a visit to a local olive farm and a sailing trip along the coast of Messinia. The Dunes Course is right next to the hotel, while the Bay Course and the Hills and Olympic Course are just a few minutes away. The hotel offers shuttles to the golf course.
