The Azores offer a great combination of golf and active vacations. Sao Miguel is particularly suitable for golfing. The largest of the Azores islands combines all the advantages of the archipelago, from beautiful beaches to numerous natural sights such as lava caves, hot springs and deep blue crater lakes. You will also find huge pineapple plantations on Sao Miguel. It is also home to the only tea plantations in the EU. The Cha Gorreana plantation and its factory, for example, can be visited free of charge. It is a good idea to extend your stay in the Gulf by a few days and discover other islands. For example, a trip to Pico is worthwhile. At 2,351 meters, the mountain of the same name is the highest in Portugal, and Pico is also a hotspot for whale watching. Around 20 species of whales and dolphins frolic in the sea here. The Azores are also home to some of the best diving spots in the Atlantic.

| 5th day | Check-out at the hotel. Drive to Furnas. On the way you have the opportunity to visit other great sights such as the famous Sete Cidades crater landscape. Check-in for 3 nights at the Octant Furnas Hotel in Furnas. |
| Day 6 | Drive and 18-hole round of golf on the Furnas Golf Course. |
| Day 7 | Drive and 18-hole round of golf on the Furnas Golf Course. After the round of golf, you have the option of going on a short excursion in Furnas or relaxing in the hotel's thermal baths. |
| Day 8 | Check-out at the hotel. Drive to Ponta Delgada airport and return the rental car. Individual return journey or extension on another island of the Azores. |
