Les Châteaux Course belongs to the **Golf du Médoc** hotel just like its little brother Les Vignes and was designed by the American Bill Coore in 1989. The course follows the tradition of Scottish links courses. The wide fairways surrounded by grasses and bushes lead the golfer through natural surroundings. The quality of the greens, naturally integrated water hazards, the influence of the wind from the Atlantic and the technical difficulties built into the layout of the course make this championship course a real challenge even for ambitious golfers.
