Especially around Swansea, the Gower Peninsula and the coast at Porthcawl, Wales shows its best side: wild, pristine, warm and full of character.
The trip takes you on a varied golf tour with spectacular views of the sea, dunes and rolling hills. Whether classic links golf, well-kept parkland courses or modern championship courses - South Wales offers an impressive variety. Royal Porthcawl, one of the UK's most renowned golf courses, is also on the agenda.
Away from the fairways, Wales also delights with cozy pubs, good food, a maritime atmosphere and a pleasantly relaxed way of life. Morgans Townhouse, Swansea - 4 stars
You will spend the first five nights at the stylish Morgans Townhouse in Swansea. The 4-star hotel is centrally located and is the ideal starting point for rounds of golf in the South Wales region. Swansea offers a nice mix of harbor city, coastal flair, restaurants, bars and a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are comfortably furnished and offer a pleasant retreat after eventful days of golf. Thanks to its central location, many restaurants, pubs and stores are within easy reach. This makes the hotel perfect for a golf group trip, where socializing and group dinners are not neglected in addition to the sport.
CelticManor Resort, Newport - 5 stars
The trip ends with two nights at the renowned 5-star Celtic Manor Resort in Newport. The resort is one of the most famous golf addresses in Europe and was the venue for the 2010 Ryder Cup. The resort offers first-class comfort, several restaurants and bars, a spa and an impressive golf course. The Twenty-Ten Course in particular is a real highlight of this trip. The championship course was specially designed for the Ryder Cup and offers an unforgettable golfing experience with strategically challenging holes, water hazards and a perfect tournament atmosphere.

As the highlight and culmination of our eventful golf trip, we will play a final tournament in Stableford format on the last day. The tournament does not have a handicap and participation is free of charge. In principle, you can decide on the spot whether you want to play in the tournament. But a little sporting challenge on the last day is simply great fun and underlines the sporting aspect of this wonderful trip. In the past, most guests have therefore - unsurprisingly - not missed out on this pleasure. In addition to fame and honor for the winners, we also offer small souvenir prizes. These are presented to the deserving winners at our Farewell Dinner on the last evening as part of the award ceremony.
Arrivals and departures are from/to Bristol.
There are direct flights from Zurich with Edelweiss Air and from Munich with easyJet. There are good connections from Frankfurt via Zurich.
