The Hotel Lopesan Costa Meloneras Resort & Spa is located in the south of Gran Canaria directly by the sea in the exclusive area of Meloneras. The nature reserve with the dunes of Maspalomas is very close by, as is the Boulevard El Faro - a shopping area with numerous restaurants.

The resort was renovated in 2020, the infrastructure was modernized and new services were added to the wide range of facilities. The tropical gardens are home to four freshwater pools, two of which are heated in winter, two hydromassage pools, a children's pool and an artificial beach.

The Supreme Sea View rooms offer a magnificent view of the sea. The Premium Pool category has direct access from the terrace to the pool, the Deluxe Terrace category also has terraces with hammocks.

The hotel offers special UNIQUE by Lopesan comfort with additional services such as a reserved area by the pool and at breakfast, a VIP lounge with a selection of snacks and soft drinks and a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with capsule refills.

The good sports infrastructure includes a tennis court, two paddle courts, a shuffleboard court, a pétanque area and another area for table tennis. The resort also has a free fitness center equipped with modern training equipment.

The large spa, inspired by the volcanic nature of the island, is a true wellness oasis with a total area of 3,500 square meters.
