Conditions of participation for competitions of TRAVELZONE, Ski Canada, Ski USA, and the Warren Miller Film Tour.
Participation in our competitions is free and voluntary. All persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of TRAVELZONE AG and Krieger Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt) who are entrusted with the implementation of the competition and their relatives are not eligible to participate. Participation in the competition is possible until the date specified in the respective competition. Neither TRAVELZONE AG nor Krieger Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt) accepts any liability for technical faults. Each participant may only register once for the competition.
The items presented as non-cash prizes in competitions are not necessarily identical to the items won. Models, colors, etc. may vary, especially if the non-cash prizes are delivered before or in the following season. However, the items sent are always items of equal value.
The free delivery of the prize only applies to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Any additional transportation costs and customs duties incurred must be borne by the winner.
TRAVELZONE AG and Krieger Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt) reserve the right to exclude persons from participation who gain advantages through manipulation. In such cases, the prize may also be subsequently withdrawn and a replacement winner drawn. The date of receipt of the entry by TRAVELZONE AG and Krieger Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is decisive for meeting the deadline. Legal recourse is excluded. A cash payment or a change or even an exchange of the prizes is not possible. Prize claims are not transferable. The winner is responsible for any travel costs and other costs incurred in connection with the prize.
The winners of the competition will be notified by email or in writing. If it is not possible for the winner to participate for legal or factual reasons, or if the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 21 days, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.

The provision of data is voluntary. The data will be treated confidentially by TRAVELZONE AG and Krieger Media UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and stored in connection with this competition.
