Terms and Conditions for Sweepstakes hosted by TRAVELZONE, Ski Canada, Ski USA, and the Warren Miller Film Tour.
Participation in our sweepstakes is free of charge and voluntary. All persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of TRAVELZONE AG and Krieger Media UG (limited liability) who are involved in the administration of the sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. Entries must be submitted by the deadline specified for each contest. Neither TRAVELZONE AG nor Krieger Media UG (limited liability) assumes any liability for technical malfunctions. Each participant may register for the contest only once.
The items presented as prizes in the sweepstakes are not necessarily identical to the items actually won. Models, colors, or similar characteristics may vary, particularly if the prizes are delivered before or during the following season. However, the items sent will always be of equivalent value.
Free shipping of the prize applies only to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The winner is responsible for any additional shipping costs and customs duties.
TRAVELZONE AG and Krieger Media UG (limited liability) reserve the right to exclude from participation any individuals who gain an advantage through manipulation. In such cases, the prize may be revoked retroactively, and a replacement winner may be selected by random drawing. To meet the deadline, the date of receipt of the entry by TRAVELZONE AG and Krieger Media UG (limited liability) shall be decisive. Legal recourse is excluded. Cash payment, modification, or exchange of the prizes is not permitted. Prize claims are non-transferable. The winner must bear any travel, return, or other costs incurred in connection with the prize.
The winners of the contest will be notified by email or in writing. If the winner is unable to participate for legal or practical reasons, or if the winner does not respond to the prize notification within 21 days, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.

Terms and Conditions for Contests Hosted by TRAVELZONE and Edelweiss Air AG
Only individuals of legal age (18 years or older) and with full legal capacity who are residents of Switzerland, Germany, or Austria are eligible to participate in this contest. Employees of TRAVELZONE AG and Edelweiss Air AG, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation. Participation in contests is free of charge and independent of any purchase or use of paid services. Only one entry per person is permitted, and participation is only possible with accurate personal information. The contest organizer reserves the right to exclude participants using pseudonyms or false identities, as well as those who submit multiple entries, from the contest. Furthermore, the contest organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest if abuse and/or violations of these terms and conditions are suspected or detected, or if other important reasons exist. The contest organizer is entitled to make changes to the contest format at any time and, if there are compelling reasons, to suspend, cancel, or terminate the contest early.
Notification After the winner has been determined, they will be notified in writing via the provided email address or contact information, or via their Instagram or Facebook account. The winner must respond within 21 days; otherwise, the right to the prize will expire without replacement.
Cash payment
The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner. The prize will be awarded exclusively as a non-cash prize; it cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Flight vouchers cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold to third parties and are redeemable exclusively on flights operated by Edelweiss Air departing from Zurich. The validity period cannot be extended.
Legal recourse
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the contest. Legal recourse is excluded. There is no enforceable claim to the delivery, payment, or exchange of the prize. Swiss law applies exclusively.
Personal Data
By participating in the contest, you agree that the personal data you provide (in particular your email address) may be processed for the purpose of conducting the contest.
In addition, you consent to our use of your email address to send you the TRAVELZONE newsletter. Subscription to the newsletter is handled via the so-called double opt-in process. This means that after signing up, you will receive an email in which you must explicitly confirm your subscription again. Only after this confirmation will your email address be added to the mailing list.
You can revoke your consent to receive the newsletter at any time with future effect, e.g., via the unsubscribe link in each newsletter or by sending us a corresponding notice. Revoking your consent will not result in any disadvantages for your participation in the contest, provided that the contest has already concluded.
